This demand does not guarantee a reservation. It will only allow us to determine a rental rate. It does guarantee your priority in the choice of a house or of dates until we respond to you.

Conditions: To confirm a reservation, 25% of the total amount is due (50% for houses 6 bedrooms or more) at the moment of reservation using Mastercard, Visa, bank transfer, International Money Order or by personal check from a Canadian bank.; the balance payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival using a personal check, money order or PAYPAL secured on-line payment.

A written confirmation is sent to you by mail a few days following your demand.
