as your own private chalet while benefiting from its cosy atmosphere and
amenities. Its large living, dining and kitchen areas can accommodate groups
from 8 to 24 people.
The chalet now contains 8 closed bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a sauna. It is
very well adapted to handicapped people since the first floor at ground
level contains 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The total surface of the 2 floors
is 3900 square feet.
In this house, the 4 bedrooms upstairs are equipped with air-conditioning
during summertime.

- 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds + bathroom + shower: 4 persons
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and washroom with shower: 4 persons
- 1 bathroom with a sauna
- 1 full restaurant kitchen with gas stove, 2 dishwashers, 2
refrigerators and washer/dryer
- 1 stone fireplace in the living room
On the second floor:
- 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed each
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and bunk beds in each: 4 persons per
bedroom
- 2 washrooms with 1 shower
- 1 Table Hockey game
Parking for 8 cars at the door of this house.
N.B.: Because of City By-laws on the matter, we must forbid the
presence of SUBWOOFER sound equipment in this house.
