The Small Barn

The house's story:

This house, modeled after a barn, offers a loft decor. Accommodating from 12 to 24 people in 6 bedrooms, the house is equipped with a large sauna and a double Jacuzzi. The dining room can seat at least 16 people. The barn offers a unique lodging experience perfect for groups with its 2 large common areas.

The total surface of the 2 floors is 2900 square feet. The floor in the living room is made of massive maple wood.
This house is equipped with air-conditioning during summertime.

A special ramp makes this house easily accessible to handicapped people.

On the first floor:

• 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and  bunk beds: 4 persons per bedroom
• 1 bathroom with a double Jacuzzi, a separate shower and 2 sinks (3 separate sections)
• Washer and dryer
• 1 fireplace in the living room
• 1 full kitchen with 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators

On the garden floor:

• 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed and  bunk beds: 4 persons per bedroom
• 1 bathroom with a sauna, a shower and 2 sinks (3 separate sections)
• 1 Baby Foot table game

Outside the house:

• Parking for 8 cars at the door of this house
• Ramp access for people with limited mobility
• Surrounded with tall pines, cedars and maple trees
• Large balcony with mountain view
• Hibachi
• Lawn chairs
