This building is more than 50 years old. It was used as a village school
in Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges until the mid 1960s. Its roof, large windows and
hardwood floors evoke an atmosphere of bygone schooldays. You can tell your
kids they will be at school and on vacation at the same time!
A monumental stone fireplace decorates the living room and dining room
which used to be one of the classrooms. The other classroom has been
subdivided into 3 large bedrooms.
This house has 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a sauna and modern facilities.
Using all of the bedrooms, up to 30 people can sleep comfortably. The
total surface of the 2 floors is 4250 square feet. The floor in the
living room is made of massive maple wood.
This house is equipped with air-conditioning during summertime.
